Storm Damaged Ceiling in Dunkirk
The Before Photo illustrates the extent of the storm damage caused by a breach in the roof of a Dunkirk home. Our SERVPRO technicians arrived swiftly, We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, and punched holes in the sagging ceiling to minimize the safety risk of falling debris. We taped poly sheeting to reduce the effects of the water and debris, as shown. We bag and dispose of all the water-logged materials without tracking them through the house. The pile of insulation is visible on the floor. The Second Photo shows the controlled demolition completed. The exposed roof rafters and ceiling strips can be sprayed and dried before we close up the ceiling. Eventually, the house will appear "Like it never even happened."
