Water can cause significant damage when the plumbing fails or, in this case, the water heater. Our SERVPRO crew removed all the furniture from the Before Photo to prevent further damage. Once the contents are secured, we can remove the delaminated carpeting, which cannot be salvaged. A controlled demolition removes only the damaged portions of the walls. This allows for drying and preparation for the build back to pre-water damage appearance. We have air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure the concrete pad and structural elements are dried.
