Water and Mold Damage in Dayton

The Before Photo illustrates the results of an ignored water leak from the supply line for a washing machine. The utility closed in this Dayton house now required a controlled demolition to remove the water and mold damaged sheetrock. SERVPRO neatly cut out the non-salvageable drywall and used a small HEPA-filtered vacuum when using the oscillating tool during the removal. Note the white pigmented primer sprayed, with an antifungal agent, into the wall void.
