Dunkirk DayCare Center and Water Damage

A plumbing line sprung a leak above the drop ceiling in this Dunkirk area DayCare center. The fallen tile material and insulation can readily be cleaned up and disposed of by our SERVPRO team. The primary concern was to prevent falling materials and to dry the attic and wall voids in this structure. We have the expertise to rig LGR dehumidifiers with lay-flat constructed flexible ducts to focus the drying within the openings as shown in the After Photo.
