Fredonia Groundwater Intrusion

The Before Photo depicts SERVPRO's efforts to salvage the flood damaged flooring in this Fredonia home. Our team, using portable water extractors, removed the pooling water. Unfortunately, our clients were out of town for several days allowing the groundwater to begin warping the engineered wood flooring. We limited the demolition of the entranceway and living room as shown in the After Photo. By removing the white baseboards, we used an injecti-dry system to remove moisture from the wall voids, thus preventing further tear-out. We sprayed an antimicrobial product to help avoid mold infestations and sanitized the affected surfaces. We completed the project seamlessly, from water removal to build back, "Like it never even happened."
